Developing ways to calm and form gratitude for the struggles of life as you grown and change
Change? Really? In a safe way?
I’m about to do an interview with a Canadian group; to get ready, they asked me what two questions people have about the work I do.
Their responses centered around one word: SAFE.
….especially in regard to trauma and attachment healing.
It came to this:
How do we safely heal trauma? The answer to that has to do with the body.
How do we safely heal our hurts, disappointments & betrayals that come from relationships? The answer to that is complicated simplicity: it has to do with the heart.
To really get into those questions, well, it can get a bit messy.
How do we live safely when life is hard? Or when we bump up against harshness, confusion, distress, over and over and over and over again…..
With that in mind, it seemed time to go deeply and provide helpful guidance and practices.
We’ll focus on ways to calm your mind, ease your body, and keep your heart open through the healing process – despite the complications of life.
In this online webinar I’ll be teaching something integral to my own life, one I have only begun teaching to others recently. It’s one of the great teachings that has helped me throughout the years. It’s going to be woven into the entire webinar.
- LEARN: how the heart opens in stages (and the skills we develop along the way)
- STEADY: calm the mind and steady the heart (with simple skills and practices)
- DEEPEN: patience, self-respect, self-worth, and self-guidance as your inner knowing grows. You’ll be learning how the path is guiding you forward (even though it sometimes takes longer than we like….)
This workshop is my gift to you as a way to support you on your journey.
One of the great pleasures of my life is to be with people like you as we walk together into a better future. I hope to get to be with you.
of course, if you can’t be there, I’ll be posting the recording to those who have registered — which you can do here
