Determination. Commitment. Endurance. Focus. Concentration.
That’s what it takes to ride the 2241 miles through mountain after mountain over three weeks to even get through the Tour de France, the premier cycling event.
Determination. Commitment. Endurance. Focus. Concentration.
That’s what it takes to train our minds, hearts, bodies to heal trauma. It’s every day, year after year, through numbing pain, crushing shame, horrendous rejection as we begin to lay down new internal pathways in our quest to feel solid inside, confident, reduce the symptoms that plague us daily.
