Here’s Michelle, one of the wonderful people I met there. Michelle is a therapist from Chicago who started telling me stories of how she’s adapted the Becoming Safely Embodied skills for various clients. It always amazes me how people like Michelle take the the simple Becoming Safely Embodied skills, adapt them, and as result they’ve helped so many people.
