I love this playful music video put out by one of my dear Kripalu buddies, John de Kadt who is an extraordinary musician/drummer/human being. After a year of traveling around the globe, and a bunch of time in the music studio recording drums and hang, he released this music video, One Hoop.
As John says, “We truly are all one on this planet and so similar in more ways than we often realize. May this video go out to the world and may we all share the common joy that is felt when we move our bodies and play together. We are never too old to be alive in the One Hoop.”
