09 Dec Suffering and Hope in Philippine
Dr. Rony Berger is leading an Isreali humanitarian relief delegation in Tacloban, the Philippines. He recently posted photos of the devastation and the hope that occurs in situations like this. The first photo is of Pangol, a small coastal village where all the men who left to guard their houses died, while the women and children survived.
The second photo is a photo of an optimistic slogan from Taclocan one of the Philippine towns totally destroyed by the typhoon.
