Rachel, one of our community members passed a long this wonderful video. I believe Jane had sent it along for us before, but as always, when things are heart opening, it was worth another watch/listen. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
It teaches us so much about what a safe, secure environment is, about opening to feelings when we are really heard and cared about, and how in that space feelings can be metabolized and released. Connecting in this way helps us belong.
