Triggers and How the BSE Stops Them in Their Tracks

Triggers and How the BSE Stops Them in Their Tracks

How do you deal with triggers?

Lately, a lot of Safely Embodied Learning Community members have been sharing with me about their triggers so in a recent SELC call we explored the BSE (Becoming Safely Embodied) skills they use to deal with their triggers.

That gave us a really rich vein of resources and tools to mine.

I’m now curious about what you do. What do you do when you get triggered? What BSE skill(s) do you turn toward?

Please reach out and let me know. It’s that simple – plus I love hearing what’s important to you.
