09 May Reflection questions to end the day
Ever wonder how to bring completion to your day?
Tresa Gowland, a colleague in a course I’m taking, sent these questions from Sleeping with Bread: Holding What Gives You Life by Dennis Linn, Sheila Fabricant Linn, and Matthew Linn.
I’m finding that using these questions as a jumping off point have helped me put some gentle structure at the end of the day, giving me a chance to reflect and listen quietly to myself.
Which question calls you into reflection? Let me know by posting a comment
For what moment today am I the most grateful?
For what moment today am I the least grateful?
When did I give and receive the most love today?
When did I give and receive the least love today?
When did I feel the most alive today?
When did I feel the life draining out of me?
When did I have the greatest sense of belonging to myself, others, God and the universe?
When did I have the least sense of belonging?
When was I the happiest today?
When was I the saddest?
What was today’s high point?
What was today’s low point?
