Finding Space Inside

How often do we let go of the focus on what’s happening, getting caught in the grind? It’s especially hard when we get caught in our triggers. They tend to hijack us easily. In a recent Safely Embodied Learning Community  group we talked about best ways to use the Becoming Safely Embodied Skills when we’re triggered. Before we started I led them in a meditation to find space inside us. I wanted to share it with you as well.
