BSE Group Brookline MA

Annie Ide is offering another *Becoming Safely Embodied Skills Group for Women *healing from trauma and attachment wounds. This *12-week psycho-educational/support group* offers the opportunity to

  • learn skills using mindfulness & concentration practices
  • Safely connect with others who are on a similar path towards healing and well-being;
  • Cultivate awareness of thoughts/feelings/sensations/beliefs
  • grounding and self-regulation, while safely being more present inside the mind and body;
  • Increase the capacity to tolerate kindness and self-compassion.

What group members have said about their experience:

  • I can see my healing process a bit more objectively, despite the fact that it still feels hard. I now have a clearer understanding that my symptoms are ‘parts  of me, and their messages no longer say something is wrong with me.~ S.B., Worcester

  • What lovely, honest energy you brought to the group. I have much more of a feeling of kindness and self-compassion and am seeing a different,
    curiously refreshing way of being in the world. Your gentleness and sensitivity carried me along.*~ G.S., Cambridge

  • I always felt safe in that Annie was there to lead and keep us on track.  Every moment was a teachable moment.*~S.P., Brookline
