Movement with Soothing Rhythm Breath

Sometimes it can be hard to be in our bodies. We hesitate, not wanting to be overwhelmed with undigested experiences. One of the things we can do to slow ourselves down and integrate our body, mind, and heart is to connect simple movements with inner movements. There’s been a growing research interest in Meditative Movements and Contemplative Movement Practices. I’ve been reading some of the research that my colleague, Neil Clapton from the UK has shared with me.
