Magic in Rome

Magic in Rome

We followed an adventure into the hills of Rome.

The Uber driver was certainly very willing to take us the hour out of town.

Little did we know there would be no Uber, no taxi, no train back.

After all, it was late, after the sun went down and there we were in the hills outside Rome with no way back. We’d witnessed the beauty (see the video) but… never thought there would be no way back 🙂

Thank goodness these moments no longer send me into a panic!

Instead, we asked someone who thought, well, there might be a bus every hour. Course, I catastrophize, thinking the bus already came and the next one (if there is one) will be in an hour.

Then… a bus literally drove in from the turn in the road. It was like the bus in Harry Potter, coming from beyond.

We didn’t have tickets and thought we’d get one on the bus. But the bus driver didn’t have any to sell us and just waved us on. When the bus ended its route we were still outside of Rome — and still no Ubers, no taxis…

…. but a woman saw us wandering around and said she works with tourists at a hotel in Rome and could she help us?

Yes, she could!

She guided us through the train/trams to get us close to our hotels –and each train came within a minute.

It was a life lesson in allowing prana, the life force, to flow.

It still is a perfect felt memory of surrendering and allowing and receiving grace.
