Do you know the 8 Secrets to Relational (Attachment) Resilience?

Our Morocco adventure cracked my heart open with the beauty of the land and the love and hospitality of the people.

While I’m now recovering from Covid back at home, I thought of the things that have made a huge difference in my own healing.  In last week’s blog, I wrote about the “Pivot Point in Healing.”  That certainly was — and continues to be — huge in my life.

Every one of us gets caught in our triggers.

The big ones, certainly, and also the little ones that accumulate along the way.

It was integrating attachment theory and the wisdom traditions that had me realize our triggers are meant to point us in a new direction.

A more nourishing direction.

That’s what we’re diving into in the Safely Embodied Learning Community (SELC) in the coming months.

Step by step we’ll look at the entire map so you have an idea of where you are and where you will be going.

In the next SELC call, we’ll be talking about the Attachment Mirror of Life — and our relationships.  We’ll explore how they are deeply imprinted.

In the upcoming months, we’ll explore how we can change them using the 8 Secrets to Relational (Attachment) Resilience.
